Treatment was done for papillary adenocarcinoma 20 years before for nose but now in the latest ct scanning it appears to be repeated once again I am sending the latest ct scan report please suggest the further proceedings and suggest the best place for treatment

Diagnoised through biopsy. Need to get a full body pet-ct scan done. Looking for places that do it. Would be great if I can get some leads.

So, I would like to ask you a few questions about Lung Cancer. Is Lung Cancer caused mainly because of Smoking? How do X-rays cause Lung cancer and also treat it?
