I've been having a lump on the back of my left hand. It is been there for than 2 months. it causes no pain but when it is pushed it causes some level of pain.It moves when i move my middle finger or ring finger.how to confirm that it is a ganglion cyst or a tumour.

Hello.first i want to say im sorry for my bad Englisch but i want to ask sometheing about my Wife. She is 27 yeras old and has Polycystic Ovaries diagnosis for long time.She was useing hormonal medications for some time but she stoped them because she was feeling bad. Last 4 Months she did not take any Medications and now her Perios is late with one and half Month.She went to a Doctor and they sad only from Blood test that she has Cancer. My questions is,is it possible Doctors to find Cancer only from blood test and if is true what can she expect? I mean she thinks she can die in 1 year...We have really hard time and i wanted to ask for a second apinion.
