I am losing weight Have lung pain on left side since 5 months Pain killers not helping Breathing is painful

I was with a patient who was treated with radioactive iodine for thyroid cancer 5 days before. i spent with the patient 1 hour IN WHICH 10 MINUTES NEAR and also touched the person hands for few minutes .My question is do i have a chance of getting thyroid cancer due to radioactive exposure from the patient .It was post 5 days i met the patient .

Patient is diagnosed with Esophageal Cancer(Squamous Cell Caricoma). CT scan Reports have been attached. Please help with info of different treatments. And also need to know that what patient can do to maintain body strength as it very difficult to swallow causing weakness.

She is in icu with ventilator because of breathing problem.Doctor found CA125 with 260 so its spreading very rapidly,they can't start treatment with ventilator, Is there any medication regarding this issue can be treated with ventilator
