Patient is suffering from stage 4 stomach adenocarcinoma. And there are 2 large ill defined hyperchogenic mass lesions in liver. Blood reports Wbc:19.5 Neutrophils : 82 Lymphosite: 10 Monocyte: 8 Rbc: 4.21 Hemoglobin :80 Need your help in understanding the above mentioned numbers of blood reports. What does it mean in simple english

I have one mole on my nose which is from birth and one on back thigh which I'm not sure is from birth..both of these moles were removed by me 2or3 times by scratching..but after sometimes these both reappeared..n after some years I got 3-4 new moles on hand and thigh.the thing is these moles are fading changing colour size shape..can it be cancer?

The impression of the report is as follows- Smears consist of polymorphous population of lymphoid cells against hemorrhagic background. No granuloma/atypical cells seen. My friend has already been operated for lumpectomy in the left breast 4 months ago I want to know what do you think about this report and what should be the course of action

As per CT SCAN OF ABDOMEN AND PELVIS (PLAIN & CONTRAST) Large well marginated heterogeneously enhancing mass lesion with central non enhancing area in gall bladder,imaging features are,s/o neoplastic etiology carcinoma gall bladder. histopathological correlation is suggested.
