Cancer Care and Treatment

Today I noticed a non movable gland with little pain under my armpit by pressing the area it hurts little and a slight line of redness is there but above skin surface there isn't anything its all beneath the skin. Please suggest some measure as I am really worried that is it a cancerous gland?
