  4. Recurrent chronic mouth ulcer. Cancer?

Recurrent chronic mouth ulcer
Problem of recurrent mouth ulcer in the upper palate of mouth and tongue and lips since 3 yrs and oocurs at a gap of 2 months and last for 10 days.I have already taken probiotics and multivitamins several times.is it a symptom of cancer?

If it is recurrent then there maybe so other problem associated like stress.... Non healing ulcer should be investigate to rule out malignancy. Can upload pic.....
