A soft pimple is formed in the inner part of my cheek inside my mouth near the upper jaw section when i press it hard it causes pain and i tried to prick it with my teeth and it became red and even it started bleeding can that be oral cancer?

Painful oral ulcer may most commonly be an aphthous ulcer. Even though you have not mentioned, I feel it’s of short duration of few days. Can take capsule Becosules for one week and use Zytee gel for local application for pain. If no relief in one week, I would suggest to consult a ENT doctor to examine and further evaluate.
