I have a painless mouth ulcer from last 7 days which is getting bigger day by day. please revert Asap i am really worried..

Bloating in stomach ,short breath,abdominal pain in CT it shown omental thickening and acetic fluid ..Then we did acetic fluid study and there is no malignancy and 99% lymphocytes content and protien 6.2 then doc said it may due to peritoneal tb so he started medicine with akt4 and after 1 month the acities become normal and the thickening percists
