Brown spot
So recently I spotted a brown spot on my feet which felt a little different than usual. I investigated it a little it myself and it appeared that I, after using a little tool, could tear it off my body quite easy.
Affter some internet research I could only find a diagnose for Malignant Melanoma, a skin cancer. My question is, if it was a skin tumor would I be able to tear it off without it leaving a visible trace?

Can't say better see a surgical oncologists as the treatment is easier in early stages
