Sometimes my lower back got pain maybe I have prostate cancer because I saw in the internet that prostate cancer has this symptom. Please help me

So recently I spotted a brown spot on my feet which felt a little different than usual. I investigated it a little it myself and it appeared that I, after using a little tool, could tear it off my body quite easy. Affter some internet research I could only find a diagnose for Malignant Melanoma, a skin cancer. My question is, if it was a skin tumor would I be able to tear it off without it leaving a visible trace?

My daughter had thyroid cancer. It was 4mm in size. The lymph nodes were ok . She was not treated with any iodine . What is her risk of getting another cancer? And if there is a risk how to detect it early?? She is 24 years old doesn't smoke or drink alcohol
