Cancer Care and Treatment

I have got this in my biospy report squamous carcinoma. My question is this curable and what will be the cost?

My fater have pain in 1 finger , we have done xray of finger .but doctor(orthopaedic) says as per x-ray all is good ...we may need to visit cancer specialist for further investigation . Any suggestion where I can go for further test . Coming to hyd on Sunday ( 10 Sep 2017). I have attached the x-ray report.

I am facing irregular periods and recently bloated stomach and hair fall and sudden increase in weight and severe back pain unable to sit also..when surfed in search engine it is giving up ovarian cancer like that so how I have to diagnose further

Last 3 years there is a pimple(phhoda) on upper part of nosal part. We go to one he without diagonosing said that it is a cancer. I have  add pic of pimple in the records .pkease help

I have a lump around 1-2" to the right of my spine. It feels fairly fixed but the skin above it moved and is not connected. It is reasonably firm but not bony hard. Very hard to fee when stood up but if bent over it can be felt and becomes harder.

One of my relative is in habit of chewing tobacco/gutkha since 20 years ... He want to quit but unable to do so... Now he is scared that he might develop cancer ... There is no sign or symptoms yet ..what to do ? Please help me out

My mother (50years old,menopaused) Stage 2 breastcancer survivor with mastectomy (4years ago).She had chemotherapy,radiation and will be having hormonetherapy for 5 years.So far,she had 4 years and 7months(Tamoxifen 4years 1month,Arimidex 6months).Since she started Arimidex,she feels dizzy,has sudden severe shortness of breath and unusual fatigue.Is this related to Arimidex? Can she stop taking it? What alternative hormonetherapy drug is convenient?

I want to do a self screening for bowel cancer would the test be able to tell the difference blood wise
