I found a small lump on my breast, I have random pain. The lump is sometimes felt but some other times I can't feel it. I don't have any of the other symptoms of breast cancer. On the bottom of one of my breast it gets hard and it hurts, the top of my breast also gets random pain. I'm concerned that it might be breast cancer.
