Have been diagonesed with level 4 and level 5 lymph node in neck area.... 6Cough cold pain is regularly happening in last 6 months.... In report of fcna... Suggestive of metastatic deposit of adenocarcinoma.... Is it curable.. Please help

Sir my nephew and she is inly 8 to 9years old having a severe brain membrane tumor. Here doctors had refused to operate coz of her age. She was diagnosed just 2 months back. Shes started getting paralyze from one side and now she having a severe throt Infection. In which she cant take any liquid even. Just she take 4 to 5 spoon of Soup.
