Cancer Care and Treatment

I am a 20 year old female and I have a lump in my left armpit for about a week and a half now. At first discovery it was very painful and seemed small, but then it grew a little and was still painful. Now it is painless but the lump is still here and I'm worried that it might be something serious. There is no history of breast cancer in my family.

This is a case of carcinoma ovary Present CT scan reveals, Left ovary is not visualised - post op status. No residual lesion is seen in left adnexa. Right ovary is mildly bulky - needs USG correlation Uterus is bulky in size and shows multiple tiny hypodensities within it-likely fibroids. No obvious peritoneal deposit

Age 15 n 10m I have had feelable glands in my groin armpits and neck(back and front) for more than a year now. It isn’t painful and they are about 0.5 to 1 cm big. I have got bacne and very mild acne on my face. I’ve seen many GPS and they have all said it’s my acne and not to worry. Hello Dr. I under go a breast histology. The result read skin tissue with epidermis composed of keratinized stratified basaloid epithelium exhibiting acanthosis, spongoisis,hyper granuloisis with basaloid proliferation. The underlying dermis is fibrocollagenous and contains few adnexal structure and some perivascular lymphocytic infiltration. No tumor cell is seen. Does this mean Cancer?

My mother suffering from cancer metastatic in breast and bone . Doctor prescribed her hormone therapy and palbace tablet. After taking palbace tablet she is suffering from acidity, constipation, and fever . Is it normal?
