Hello dr ...last month 14.9.17 Dr Manjiri kawade removed one overy . After we checked FINAL HISTOPATHOLOGY REPORT with Addendum 05-10-2017 Microscopic Description Left ovarian cystectomy (10 paraffin blocks): Suspect a high grade serous adenocarcinoma. Capsular invasion cannot be commented upon. Micropapillary pattern noted. On immunohistochemistry, the tumour cells are positive for WT1, CK7, P16 and diffuse strongly for p53 (mutant type).

USG-BREAST REPORT. IMPRESSION. BILATERAL FIBROADENOSIS. LOBULATED HYPOECHOIC LESION WITH ANGULAR MARGINS IN MEDIAL INFERIOR ASPECT OF RIGHT BREAST. ADJACENT DILATED DUCTS IN RIGHT BREAST-BIRADS CATEGORY 4.SUGGESTED MRI BREAST/BBIOPSY.1.5x0.6cms Left breast - 0.5 x 0.3 cms. 6'o clock position. MULTIPLE SMALL CYSTS IN THE LEFT BREAST. BILATERAL BENIGN APPEARING LYMPH NODES.

After total thyroidectomy today TSH level of my mother checked.It is 150 micro IU per ml.And she was diagnosed with papillary carcinoma.Doc advised RAI Ablation therapy within very short period.calcium drug supplements are regularly taken as per doc prescription. My father has neck pain since last 4 days, i have done CT scan and priliminary examination from Bhopal. On the basis of those examination doctors said those are the symptoms of neck cancer and ask me to do autopsy test in Bhopal. I am thinking to do all the treatment in cancer hospitals of Mumbai (either Tata memorial or Kokilaben ) So need  some suggestions whether I should go for Autopsy test in bhopal, and get confirmation about disease then go to mumbai for treatment or should I go directly to Mumbai and do all the test there only?  Please help me.

I think I may have leukemia. Feeling nauseous, fever for over week, tiredness and weakness which doesn’t go with sleep, pain in bones, shortness of breath, lightheadedness and severe headaches.

My farther aged 67 has been identified with prim myelofibrosis, he was advised to take Jakafi but that dropped his blood levels and didnt suit the body. he is now taking thalomid but has been detected with thyroid as well. he has not been eating ever since the tablets have begun due to which he has been hospitalized often for drips and is drowsy.

Age 15 n 10m I have had feelable glands in my groin armpits and neck(back and front) for more than a year now. It isn’t painful and they are about 0.5 to 1 cm big. I have got bacne and very mild acne on my face. I’ve seen many GPS and they have all said it’s my acne and not to worry. So I kept coming back and they eventually let me have many blood tests that came back fine. I even had a chest x Ray. My pus cells is 40 to 60 and Iam multiple myeloma so wat kind of drug be take which is safely for me

After my first breast biopsy I was told my Her 2 status was negative. However, after mastectomy I was told by pathology that my Her 2 was positive and I need to go on Taxol and herceptin. I was told this is rare but can happen. Doctors insist its true. Is this possible? Can I skip Taxol?
