Cancer Care and Treatment

She has been coughing from some days due to aryuvedic medicination but today we observed blue color in her cough. Her tongue has also become blue . we get to know that it is due to infection. Can someone help us to understand what needs to be done. She is stage 3 overian cancer patient with recurrence has been observed after 6 month of treatment.

Biopsy from junction between sigmoid and descending colon. Chronic inflammation with moderate dyspasia and desmoplasia. Early intra mucosal Adenocarcinoma.

Is chemo required for this. Please find out the attached biopsy report. Is there any need for MSI test.
