Treatment for Adenocarcinoma grade 2 Patient in stable condition nothing noticed physically

Dear sir Please find the attached biopsy report.I want to know that cancel is identified in biopsy or not??.Need to do major operation/radiation /chemotherapy??

My younger brother experienced giant cell tumor in right hand shoulder.Doctor in Tata memorial hospital suggested for shoulder replacement surgery in month end of January. In ayurvedic ,is there any treatment for this?.

Hi. I am 31 yrs old female with family history of cancer(mother died with breast cancer at age of 40).I did an MRI and then a 6 month follow-up MRI and then on the follow up the doctor suspected something and did a biopsy and I was diagnosed with DCIS with high grade cancer cells. I did a genetic test and result was positive for Braca 2 with uncertain significance classification. My doctor now ordered a sentinel node biopsy. I am bit confused, shouldn't my cancer be non-invasive? What is next?

I have hard moveable enlarged lymphnodes sized more than 2cm and they mostly increase or decrease in thier size of n on my fnac report say that i have hypercellular well formed granulomas compossed of epithloid cells and multinucleated gaint cells and background shows mixed population of mature lymphocytes they said its its tuberculosis but all my tb tests are negative
