I have hard moveable enlarged lymphnodes sized more than 2cm and they mostly increase or decrease in thier size of n on my fnac report say that i have hypercellular well formed granulomas compossed of epithloid cells and multinucleated gaint cells and background shows mixed population of mature lymphocytes they said its its tuberculosis but all my tb tests are negative
