Advice for early detection of cancer

Hi, My father is a regular gutkha (tobacco) consumer (5-6 packets a day) and also consume 200ml alcohol twice a week. I am worried about his health. Although he has not complained of any problem I was to: 1. Seek your advice if he should get tested for cancer proactively so that cancer can be detected early in case he suffers from it. 2. If yes, Which tests should be undergo at the minimum. 3. How can I convince him to quite tobacco?

Fatigue and malaise with whole body pain

Please explain: pathology results: 30% lymphocytes comprised of 3% B cells positive for CD19 with polytypic expression of kappa and lambda surface light chains, 81% T cells positive for CD3 and CD5 with a CD4:CD8 ratio of 3:2 w/o significant loss of mature T cell antigen expression and 14% NK cells positive for CD16/56 and neg for CD3. Blood smear contains scattered small mature-appearing lymphocytes.

Medulloblastoma leptomeningeas spinal

I have a recurrence medulloblastoma spinal cord Cancer cells found in my CSF cytology. And I have a leptomeningeas of the brain and spine. I’m 13 years old currently on TERN chemotherapy (irinotecan and temozomide) for 12 days everyday and 6 days brake starting my 4th cycle on monday. No neurological impact. Can’t maintain posterior when eyes closed standing And have bilateral foot drop post op 2016. Be honest please please is chemotherapy even going to work again
