My mother is a endometroid cancer patient. She had a routine CT scan done today to keep a track of disease status. The report results said that my mom has mild omental fat stranding in the abdomen. It also said there were dark spots and haziness in the left and right side under the midline of stomach. What does this mean? Rest everything was stated as normal.

What will b d best drug among (AFATINIB / ERLOTINIB / GEFITINIB) for EGFR positive Exon 21 mutant NSCLC LUNG CANCER with previously given adjuvant therapy (Chemotherapy + radiation therapy) ?
