Please tell me if the patient has cancer since the Surgeon had some doubts about cancer after the surgery as the gallbladder was in bad shape. I'm not able to sleep since then. I got the report in the evening but the Surgeon isn't in the town. So I was not able to consult with him. Please help me so that I can be sure of something.

Hi, I have a thyroid nodule that is 3cm I had it biopsied and it came back follicular benign. My endocrinologist is telling me that when it is follicular it is impossible to know for sure it’s benign and he recommends removal. However, the ENT is telling me not to worry it’s benign. I trust my endocrinologist but it is surgery so I would like another opinion. Thyroid cancer runs in my family. Thank you.
