Hi good day I had my medical test last week and the result says LATERAL VIEW SHOWS A FAINT ROUNDED OPACITY IN THE SUPERIOR SEGMENT OF THE RIGHT LOWER LOBE, PARTIALLY OBSCURED BY OVERLYING OSSEOUS AND VASCULAR STRUCTURES. THE REST OF THE RETROSTERNAL AND RETROCARDIAC LUNG FIELDS ARE CLEAR. SUGGEST IMAGING FOLLOW UP WITH CONTRAST CT IF CLINICALLY WARRANTED. CONSIDERATIONS INCLUDE NODULE; BENIGN VERSUS MALIGNANT, OR ROUND PNEUMONIA IN THE PROPER CLINICAL SETTING. CORRELATE CLINICALLY AND FOLLOW UP
