Is one kidney stent enough to remove the blockage of both the kidneys if after the stent placement the flow of urine is normal?

My mom has gone through the breast cancer surgery and 12 weekly cycles of paclitaxel. In her CT scan, there are 7 minuscule dots appearing identified as "nodular lesions, granulomatous", maximum being 3.5 mm. I'm wondering how can it be confirmed if it's cancer cells? She did have 4 lymph nodes affected when the breast was removed. I'm happy to take private consultancy as well, please suggest how can I?

Test done at Lucid diagnostic reports tells ACR BI-RADS CATEGORY-3, probably Benign- initial short term follow up usually 6 months. No medication given. Really confused about situation, can I go further second opinion? Consultant an oncologist? Please find the reports as an attachment. Thanks in advance.

Doctor advised the same. No medication given only EVION-400 advised for 10 days. I'm really confused and tensed, can I consult an oncologist? Can opt for second opinion?
