I was diagnosed with a tumor and got it resected. The tumor was caused by a gene mutation. Even though the tumor was removed, wouldn’t it come back because I still have that gene mutation in my DNA?

My Mother just undergone a surgery where the whole ovary has been removed due to ruptured ovarian cyst (size of a head of a baby). Is it possible that this is the cause of her lungs to have sepsis? Before surgery, she has clear lungs as per her XRAY.

Hi , my friend got diagnosed with high grade sarcomatoid cervical cancer . Her ovarian transportation was also done. He has taken 5 chemo cycles and a month of radiation and 3 cycles of brachytherapy. Doctor had asked to do an ultrasound after a month , which is normal , however , it shows minimal fluid in endometrial cavity . Uterus is normal and thickness is 4mm . Is this fluid due to the side effects of treatment or does it need investigation . The doctor is out of country , hence confused
