I have been chewing tobacco for last 9 years.. I feel a gulp in my throat and my mouth doesn't open wide.. I am not visiting a doctor because I'm afraid.. what can I do.??

MCV is 107fl, MCH is 37pg, Mentzer Index is 28, within 15 days erythrocytes count decresed from 3.86 to 3.76×10^6/ul, Platelets count decreases from 206×10^3 to 166×10^3/ul , MPV increased from 12.0 to 12.9fl , lymphocyte increased from 2.35×10^3 to 2.53×10^3, neutrophils decresed from 5.83×10^3 to 4.16×10^3, Total leukocytes decresed from 10.5×10^3 to 8.4×10^3. These all happend in last 15 days. My weight also seems 1-2 kg down. NO fatigue No Back pain No lumps No fever No other symptoms at all No appetite lose actually I started feeling more appetite. Should I worry about multiple myeloma or lymphoma or leukemia ? Plz help thank you.

Iam 23 years old caucasian male,2 pack years history of smoking.I was worried that I may have nail clubbing so I went to some doctors.I was examined by 2 pulmonologists,who said that I indeed have nail clubbing and 1 rheumatologist who believes I have nothing.I did some tests and Iam really stressed about the possibility of having cancer.

Issue: itching since 9 days mostly on arms,Hands & legs with red rashes after itching & rashes disappears in 5 minutes. Previous complaints : Cervical lymphnpathy since 2 years and swollen after chicken pox infection on April 2016 but didn't disappeared completely. No fever,Night sweats etc. Fnac of CL nodes was showing Reactive CL pathy. Plain MRI neck done nothing showed except lymphnodes. Usg done and nothing showed up except lymphnodes. My blood reports are always Normal sometimes got fluctuated due to infection. Recently got admitted due to acute gastrointestinal infection I also have Adneoid hypertrophy grade 3. Been to oncologist and I was told that nodes looks like Reactive CL. Request Doctors suggest further pls as I'm bit worried.
