Hi... My mother in law's scan report .. Liver normal in size, Multiple hypoechoic lesions in liver noted - P/o secondaries

My family member has acute leukemia detected in blood reports. So want to check if everything is OK with her. Attaching reports.

My eosinophil count is 1790 and ESR is 23. I have low lymphocytes of 22%. MCV is 108fL, MCH is 36.6pg.RBC Count is 3.86×10^6/ul and haemoglobin Is 14.1. Everything else is fine. Is this any type of worrying sign? I have no other sign and symptoms. No fatigue and loss of appetite. What should I do ? Plz help thank you.

I noticed several lumps above and to the right of my left armpit. As I've always had fibrous breasts, I dismissed this as my norm. However, a month ago I noticed several swellings in my neck. Two weeks ago, I developed multiple lumps in my abdomen. I am diabetic and do inject in my abdomen. I am also being treated for hypothyroidism. Is this all connected? Should I worry about cancer?
