I have just left tobacco chewing in betel leaf. Almost 10 years I was in bad habit. What is the common diagnosis to clear my doubt that if any kind or stage it exist or not?

I had a puliyograe made from readymix and cooked rice(heated the mix , poured it onthe rice and mixed per se the rice was not fried in the process  ) . Good afternoon. I have attached my CBC . My Hb was 15.2 and in November it is 15.7 I was on b12 injections. Can this be the reason. Is my Hb levels too high for cancers. Please advise. Is there any abnormalities in my CBC ?
