Should I screen multiple myeloma? Is there any reason or I'm overestimating the case?

I had 30 cycles of radiptherapy post throat cancer operation.Ite been 41 days since radiotherapy ended. Still my vouce is low and there is hoaxness in my voice.Also there are sores in my mouth which still havent gone.. I know its radiation mucositis But how much time it will take to cure permanently.

Hello, My mother recently got diagnose with stage 4 squamous cells carcinoma in lung which is spreading to her liver and bone also... she is an arthritis patient too and because of week bones she got a fracture in her leg too... We are confuse about her first treatment to perform. Should we go for the leg surgery first or should we treat the cancer first?? Medications for her bone health is ON but not for cancer yet... According to our consulting doctor we need to get the surgery done but many of our relatives suggesting to treat the cancer first.. What should be the correct way??

I had bppv symptoms since last 2 weeks and ent had said right ear some inflammation is there.i had done cbc last Friday and wbc was 12700 and eosinophils was 10%.on Monday I did complete test and it is now 16%.absolute count is 1.52.wbc is under control of 9.6. Also,I had semisolid stools 3 to 4 times daily since I have taken medicines.below are medicines taken Vertin 16 1-1-1 Pantop D 1-0-1 Cefchamp 325 1-0-1 Rejunex cd3 1-0-0.stopped vertin and cefchamp.started hetrazan 100 and montair fx from today. Do high eosinophils suggest cancer or is it medicine allergy?pls suggest as I am worried

Sir my father was admitted and was thoroughly investigated.His serum bilirubin levels are elevated suggestive of hepatocellular jaundice USG abdomen and CECT abdomen were done which showed features suggestive of Hepatocellular carcinoma with multiple metastasis. Tumor markers were also elevated. CECT chest is done which showed features suggestive of pulmonary metastasis. USG guided FNAC was done which showed features suggestive of Hepatocellular carcinoma. Now after mentioned medication from TMH, Parel he is feeling a lot of pain in liver. Hence i need suggestions for medication considering his present situation so the pain can be minimal.
