Today observe there is a pimple surronded by redness. Pimple is with yellowish liquid .And it pains a lot. Is it simple heat pimple or what?

I made huge mistake by overboiling newborn plastic baby bottles .and I pour hot boiling water in the scratched bottle for making baby formula and let it cool for half an hour in bottle itself. Now he is 3 month old somebody told me it can cause cancer. I now replaced bottles with Philip avent plastic bottle. After the leg amputation again the cancer came in his lung, but as per jupiter hospital (Thane) doctor saying that wait for 3 more months to confirm as per them its a non cancer tumor but it may change to the cancer. Please advise what can be done on this as jupiter doctors are saying that now they cannot do anything on this.
