She had renal cell carcinoma in left kidney. Left kidney was removed on 11th feb 2021. Today the ultrasound shows hepatomegaly. Is it serious ?

I had done HRCT scan for covid infection for which result were normal CT score is 0. But i want know that i had done totally 1 HRCT in my life no any other CT were performed. My question whether this single done HRCT cause cancer? Or i am at risk. What to do know. Please suggest me in this regard.
