Need not worry at all. I usually get this type of picture after filgastrim. It is temporary. I usually operate on such cases after deferring for a week or so and results are quiet good even in these situations after surgery without any complications.

Hello,  the rise in TLC level is temporary due to the filgastrim injection. Her surgery will most likely be planned 3-4 weeks post last session of chemotherapy. The counts will settle down by then and pose no threat to surgery outcomes unless counts are high due to an active infection which will be ruled out by your treating oncologist. All the best for the surgery.
