Hepatomegaly
She had renal cell carcinoma in left kidney.
Left kidney was removed on 11th feb 2021. Today the ultrasound shows hepatomegaly. Is it serious ?

Need not to worry.
It's just grade one fatty liver.
Avoid oily food.
