My father suddenly diagnosed with metastatic RCC. Redical nephrotomy was done, now treatment starts as below
Keytruda 200 mg every 21 days
Danosumab 120 mg monthly
Lenvatinib 20 mg OD
From last 2 days, he is not feeling good
Constipation, loss of appetite, dental pain,
Can anyone help, what should we do now

Hello sir…It could be due to disease it self or could be side effect of lenvatinib….Kindly send recent PETCT and Blood investigations report for further assessment and advice
