CT scan reports attached. Need expert  advice on the reports and on how to proceed with further treatment.

I have smoking and drinking habit one week back I got blood from my mouth and again yesterday also I got blood from my mouth and I have a doubt that I have cancer .what will be the test I have to take for the conformation that I have cancer or not

Hi, I got vaccinated on 20th May. Recovered from fever by 25th. From 1st June, I got fever again. Went for CRP and other test.CRP - 43, started with Augmentin for 5 days. Still fever didn't came down completely. CRP - 23, d - dimer - 800. Started with Ivermectin and by 10th June I recovered. But again fever came back on 16th June, CRP - 54,  I started with cefuroxime and azithral. I got better, but I use to get 99 - 99.5 fever daily in afternoon, but  body use to recover by its own without Dola. I finished my dosage. CRP - 10, but D - dimer - 1000. So as suggested by doctor I went for chest abdomen and pelvis CT scan with contrast. Attached is the report. Anything to worry in the report ??

Hello team Please find the report of BNP test, please provide me the analysis of this. Patient is undergoing chemotherapy treatment for the 2nd time detected breast cancer. Already the 6th chemotherapy is done and 2 more are left. Radiation is also will be given followed by above treatment. After the 5th chemo doctor suggested to undergo BNP and CPK MB tests, but doctor have not really analysed full report. They are not available until next chemo which will be after 21days. What does that report means lack of WBC in blood since 6monts not increasing properly. Please suggest

My uncle is 40 and a diabetic since the age of 28.After a lot of illness his ultrasound is done which shows enlargement of the liver by 170mm.Bot kidnies show altered parencymal echogenicity and also enlargement in size respectively by 131×52mm nd 117×63 mm.Urinary bladder in thickend with floating content within.And spleen in also enlarged by 138mm. Prostrate also upto borderline .Pls do guide me what do all these indicate and what should he do?

Is this lukeplakia or lichen planus. One of my family doctor suspected this as a lukeplakia. I just want to reconfirm.
