Cancer Care and Treatment

I have done first chemo but no drug given orally I lost hair within 12 days otherwise constipation occurs less stool Lung Cancer mets to liver lymph nodes and prostate bones Plz guide me food diet or further better advanced treatment

I had bought 2 mineral water bottle (bisleri)then i started reusing them i reused them for 20 days after that i removed their plastic label i found that one bottle had very very small jelly like sticky solid plastic(probably only on outside not on inner surface)but i still reused it for 25 days after that i felt its not right so i threw that bottle however in these 45 days i never put boiled water in these 2 bottle they were never exposed to sunlight and were stored at room temperature and maximum water would last in these bottle for 2or3 days not more than that.However i still was using 2nd bottle which was in right condition and i used it for 20 more days.Again in these 20 days bottle was stored in room temperature i never put boiled water in it and only 2to3 days the bottle was exposed to sunlight that too for 20to30 minutes and maximum water would last in it for 2 days.After that i came to that these bottle leach chemical so i threw the bottle.i am scaried will i get cancer??

There is 2cm wide and 7cm long cancer tumor  present along the colon wall with few near by lymp nodes also increased in size. Biopsy and petct confirmed it as cancer in colon and nearby lymph nodes. We started with chemo+radio, capegard 500 3tablets twice daily, radiation 28fractions. Doctors have said they will reasses after chemo and radio is over. 1. My question is can we just remove the colon tumor with colonoscopy forceps since patient is getting feeling to go again and again to pass stool? Or 2.do we need to remove the cancerous part of colon and rejoin as it is usually done? Also 3. if surgery needs to be first or chemo+radio as we are doing?

Found a breast lumps in the left side breast and it's painful, basically in night time does it's sign of cancer.

I bought a bisleri water in train and started reusing it water bottle for 2 months by refilling water in it and i would replace the water in it after every 2 days but then i read about the health hazard related to it so stopped using the bottle . Should i be worried for cancer ??

I bought a mineral water in train and started reusing the bottle unaware of the fact the chemical leaches from the bottle i used the bottle for 60 days however the water in the bottle was always left at room temperature never more than that only on 2 3 occasion out of 60 days  i left it sunlight that too for 30 minute maximum i used to replace the water after every 2 or 3 days I used to drink maximum 2 litre a day because it was winter time after releasing its health hazard after 60 days i threw the bottle .i am scared about the chemical leaching will it cause cancer necessarily??

Recently i have done my CBC my platelets have been increased again by 2lakh its 12.35lakhs so pls suggest me some medicine ot medication to reduce as i work in medical feild i m stressed nowadays so pls help me sir or madam myself chayadevi pharmacist working in govt hospital

My mother diagnosed with ovarian cancer third stage as per abdomen CT scan. The doctor has done usg FNAC and said smear of malignant cells. My mothers abdomen region is swellon. But in morning her abdomen reduce a lot and again increase after eating. My question is it really ovarian cancer or possibility is there it can be TB also female reproductive tract?

I have had 3 CT scans so far. One in 2009 of head. One is Jan 2018 of abdomen and other in May 2018 of Neck, Chest and abdomen with contrast. I have heard that neck is very sensitive to X-rays emitted by CT-Scan. I also had 5 chest x-rays in 2019 and one chest X-ray, one spine xray in 2020. And one chest X ray in 2021. Am I at high risk of developing any disease due to these X ray and CT scans.
