What are the ways (other than biopsy or mammography) to confirm if the lemon-sized lumps hanging from your armpit are lipomas/benign)? These are painful at times, soft to touch and slightly firm.

Biopsy from breast is needed.. it can be cancerous .. consult a oncosurgeon or breast oncologist
