Is there any test which can detect cancer in any part of a body like a regular health check up? . Which test should be taken if someone doesnt have any such symptoms. I always worried about this for my parents

Hi doctor, I am under treatment of IBS since 2 month and taking antaacid, probiotic and colospa tablet since 2 month. Symtoms has improved and frequency of motion pass reduce to 2-3 per day ( only when eat outsiders) I did my CBC , esr , abdominal ultrasound, CRP and stool occulatl test All came normal expect crp. Crp came 12 in March , 13 in April and now 15. My doctor is suggesting me to go for colonoscopy to check any infection. I requested her that i am scared of coloscopy due to hypochondria anxities. And if my symtoms are improving and stool analysis tests are nornal...do i still need to go for coloscopy. My age is 32 and there is no history of any cancer in family yet. Could my crp high due to colon cancer ?? I have told all 100% symtoms correctly. Attaching last report copy. Please guide me correctly.

There is a small white spot under tongue .it does not grow in size neither it hurts anytime .it get contracted in morning when I wake up and again it come to normal size .it is there for 3 weeks is it something serious and how it will go?.any medicine for removal of this.there is a scan also formed at the end of mouth for 3 weeks

My grandmother is not able to open her mouth completely, radiation treatment is also done, but still she has lot of unbearable pain we are not left with any option even the pain killers are not working on her now, Kindly give any solution to that also at what time she has to suffer this pain.
