Systic , pain and inflammation
Did USG and systic lesion had been found , so is there anything to worry about , has been paining since more than 6 weeks , lymph nodes bilateral has seen , so is it cancerous?

Cysts are common in thyroid...since it's cystic and very small,nothing to be done...a follow up scan after one year to look for any changes.
