Brain and Spine Problems

Hi Dr, my B12 level is 220. Is it really low? I have shoulder pain, hand pain, leg pain and discomfort in balance when I turn my head either of the side. All blood test and brain, spinal cord mri are normal. I was too worried about Parkinson’s so I visited the movement disorder specialist just by looking at me he said to visit psychiatrist. But I did not visit any psychiatrist. It's been 8 months now nothing has changed nor symptoms are increasing nor decreasing. But three weeks back my thumb started twitching I was completely made my self assured that I got parkinson's. But after one day it stopped twitching. Till now twitching has not come back. If I visit neurologist then again he will ask me to meet the psychiatrist. What is your opinion. I am too worried

My mother is 55 years old and since last 2-3 days she is feeling some Numbness on her half part of face (right side) basically the part of jaw(on cheek). Secondly, suffering from pain in calf (below knee). Is it a symptom of cervical pain? Please advice! Thanks Arti

Hi doctor, my leg got numb last night while sleeping. I was having little gas trouble also. A pressure feeling was in leg, I jumped many times and pressure feeling gone. Is it due to the gas or some other problems ??

Hello doctor, My husband is facing severe headaches past 1 week. He says he had migraine problem from almost 7-8 years, he was taking medicines prescribed by the doctor- migrest and vasograin. He got better after quitting smoking, but these days again he is having severe headaches, he vomits badly, could not sleep properly, had to drive daily 60-65kms for office and 800kms every weekend. He smokes and says it subsides the pain for 3-4 hours. I don't know what to do, does smoking really helps? Why is it happening? Because of less sleeping and more driving? Working 14hours a days on computer? Or what? Please suggest something, very worried for him. He always denies to visit doctor, feels helpless!

Since 2014 i hve a double vision problem the movement of right eye s nt correct nd iam taking distinon 60mg tab i hv taken steroid 4 times bt there s no cure wth the steroid iam under controlled bt after a month again iam suffering from double vision nd they are many side effects frm steroid...bt now present iam taking a treatment froml aqua-punchure so kindly tell me the cure

Lower back pain which radiates down to right leg. L4_L5 disc buldge. Disc fluid got leaked. Is there any permanent solution for this?

Thank you doctors for your help. I have interview after 30 days and my eye sight got weak one with -0.25 and other with -0.5. Before interview i must have a 6/6 vision. I can't go for laser operation, it's not permissible. What should i do doctors please help me? I must have a 6/6 vision with no specs. Is there any natural way or some eye drops or anything possible to improve eye sight before my interview?

Dizziness and neck pain on and off. sometimes i feel dizzy and light headed and in few hours i m fine completely for sometime

I suffer from Scheuermann Disease, and have been noticing sudden tremors in my hands. It happens for a short while and stops. Please advise if the two and connected and if I should consult a neurologist.
