Brain and Spine Problems

After ten years of stroke, are there any specialized rehabilitation methods for a stroke patient to rehabilitate hand and leg? Pls advise for any options available. Only partial improvement have been attained.

Does ankle foot orthosis really help a stroke patient to regain his normal walk? Are there any such special instruments available to correct the walking ability of a stroke patient.

Sir/madam my mother having migraine since 2 yrs but taking medicine from last 7 months at first our doctor says take these medicine for 3 months then we will stop ,after 3 months he extended period to next 3 months more,again we approached him he again extended mothers medication to next 3 months So my question is should we continue with him or need to see someone else Thank you...

Sir/madam I can feel pain in left side of chest.it happens again and again. Pain comes from back of my shoulder. when i breath the pain occurs.. there is tingling in my left hand..doctor says that is muscular pain. But i can feel something in leftside of chest..what can i do?please suggest me.

It's really bad, I feel nauseas when I move and all kind of vibrations feel bad. I can't do anything properly. And my eyes hurt in light. The migraine has triggers, and yesterday it was triggered with food. I couldn't sleep, then a disprin finally helped me sleep and now it's on again. Pls help.

My younger sister, now age 23 year old,she has suffering from leg pains, since 7-9 year ago, in season of winter, has feeling a major pain on upper surface of leg with swelling in vain. We have approached for homeopathy as well as ayverdic and allopathic systems, but she felt painless, during in under treatment of three to four months only. Again suffering from samway. Feel Dizzy , Frequent body Imbalance , generally stiff neck when I wake up , do neck and shoulder exercises to relax the neck ... MRI of head and spine done 3 years a go , spondylosis identified .... X Ray confirms spondylosis ... got ENT problems checked by Specialist , clearance given for no Ear related issue .... Can't drive as I feel dizzy and head feels like tilting , eyes start dwindling after 2-3 kms of driving and to retain balance I start doing neck exercises while driving to keep balance . I tried Vertin , Stugeron &Stemetil ( recommended by Docs ) but I felt more bad ... I need remedy

I have varicose vein in the right leg near the calf muscle and ankle. It's been over 20 years I am living with this condition. I use compression socks in both legs and occasionally use varco oil. My left leg is absolutely fine. Can you advice a better solution, heard about leech treatment and laser treatment. Can you advice.

My elder sister was completely fine till one night before she suffered through an ugliest headache in morning. She was unable to walk, talk and use her left part of body. Right now she is under observation in ICU. Doctors told to wait for 4 days before undertaking any operation. Could I please know how serious she might get. Will she recover?
