MRI scan of LS Spine
Started having lower back pain from 1 month. Pain is more esp when sitting, during night time & early mornings. Took MRI scan, report attached. Please advise.

Hello Dear, The reports suggests that there is mild shift in the intervertebral disc. This can be corrected by proper physiotherapy and mild exercises which will be taught by the physiotherapist
