Brain and Spine Problems

It's been a month and there is continuous mild pain in my lower back. Sometimes it's just unbearable. Everyone says it will go but nothing's happening. I've tried everything I could.

I have been diagnosed with hla b-27 positive and have undergone MRI and many x-rays that have mix results some suggest ankylosing spondalitis and some not. Even doctors I consulted are confused, I am not perfectly fine since past 2 years and the back is a nuiscence since then. Tried painkillers , physiotherapy , swimming , vitamin d and calcium course but the problem resonates time and again. So I need to ask how to confirm if the problem is AS ? And if it's that how can I get it cured, please help me it's ruining my golden years of my life

I am not getting sleep when i m going to bed. it will take time and when i am getting sleep too may dreams are coming continuously .Event though sleeping 8 hrs is not enough for me.Whole day am looking dull feeling sleepy and lethargic.

2 days back we observed behavioral changes in her. She was repeating statements and had difficulty in normal activities. We measured bp it was 170/110 . Consulted doctor and gave the advised medicine amlopress at and lonazep.25 but after taking these she had memory loss and could not even recognise family members. She was in drowsy state, semi conscious type. We went to hospital she was admitted and test were done. Mri was normal, other test were normal. EEG had some abnormal changes . Doctor said she is having fits in brain and the cause for that has to be identified. But after several other test they have not reached any conclusions . Her state is same for last 2 days. Tests pending are CSF and auto immune panel. Don't know what to do please advise.

Disc dessication in l4 and L5 with a bulge. The pain is continuing since 5 weeks. I was injured 8 years back while lifting a heavy suitcase

I'm abhishek 27 yr old. Suffring from a kind of nurv pain on right side of my scar near ear. It developed in feb 2012 may be as a result of my OCD with my facial symmetry(i keep viewing mirror n twist my jaw forcefully as compulsive action) I have been treated by nerologist and phychatrist... My OCD is under full control however this pain is giving me trouble since 2012. Its like burning and itiching sensation. Please suggest...

I can sleep but with dreams, don't asleep or say sound sleep, after waking up in the morning can't feel fresh, this is happening last from one and half year. Is their any medicine in homeopathy that can help me with this. Because I don't want to go for allopathy medicines and never tried that. Please suggest.

Screening of whole spine revealed lumbar MRI result and doctor opinion:- spondylosis with posterior disc bulges. Early cervical spondylosis with degenerative c3-4,c4-5,c5-6, and c6-7 discs withbmild posterocentral bulge causingbmild thecal indentation.

Just want to confirm my suspicions. Had this mri done about a week ago. W/wo contrast. Doctor is on vacation but I suspect that it is a brain lesion. Could you confirm this for me
