Brain and Spine Problems

I have been feeling very giddy when I get up from bed after a sleep. This has started for last two days.

I have taken citi scan result is good.but pain is contineily .please solve my problem .pain is diturb

I have been diagnosed with L 5s1disc extrusion last month and after taking medicine pain had reduced but pain is coming after walkin long
