This has happened 2-3 times..she get unconcious immediately..and she didnt know wat is happening to her..She has got unconcious 2-3 earlier also...she says ki usse pta ni lgta ki wo faint ho jaegi ek dum se..1st she says chakar aa rahe hai and then she get unconcious

I got headache to half portion of my head , once in a fortnight or in a month from last 7/8 years. Which lasts for 2 3 days.. if not medicated. shifts right or left during this 3 days. 3 yeas back i have done mri but it shown everything normal. My dr (general physician - BAMS ) advised me to take Tab Napra D 250 sos. And it works. My concern.. Only I am having doubt that if is having any Adverse effect on kidney or other part. Is it safe to take tabs. Is it a type of migraine...? Will any complication could arise in future? What can cure it completely?

Hi my doctor advices me for MRI of c spine. I got 2 different quotation from 2 MRI centre. One is 10k n another 5 k what should I choose. Will 10 k offer better service and hence better diagnostic which help doctor or both results same and I should opt for 5 k . Thanks.

Hi I was a good speaker earlier right since childhood.I used to speak in assembly give out news etc but now since 2 yrs my speech has turned worst.I can speak noramally but at times the listener is unable to understand as to what I'm speaking and the same is at seminars, presentation to an audience. Recently someone even pointed out that my speech is too fast to understand.Now when the same is spoken in a TOEFL test my speaking is graded good.Been an ex casual smoker with depression who has successfully quit 3 yrs ago and countin.If the listener is faulty then how can I say that many are wrong and I can't say myself also wrong based on the score I get from Certified examiners.Considering myself at fault what should I do to clear my speech in order to speak clearly.This is impacting my marks awarded for the Seminar which I give or the presentations done I can't say if I I'm doing is stammer or not. Please suggest me future course of action

My elder brother is having this shock like feeling on his head, which was seldom earlier now in a day he gets this shock feeling 5 to 6 times a day. When this occurs the entire body freezes gets a numb like feeling. He was earlier diagnosed with some nose operation. Since this feeling is quite happening daily he feels depressed and thinks the worst . Kindly guide us and help. This wer the prescription given by few doctors whom we met. But this wer not result oriented none wer able to explain the root cause. It is my kind request to please help me and guide me on it.
