Brain and Spine Problems

I have a problem in my back and doctor has adviced for operation, please let me know how much will the operation cost. Diffuse bulge of L4-L5 IV disc with central and left para central annular tears compressing. Thecal sad contents and B/L neural foraminal narrowing. Not able to stand or sit. Lower back pain, not able to move my body. Left hand side pain in the back

I am facing lower back pain.I consulted orthopaedic. we had X-Ray and he gave me medicine and exercise. He said you need to make lower lower back muscles strong. then I started doing weight training since last 2 months. dead lift and squats. now I am having severe lower back pain on my left side and mild on right side. do I need to consult neurologist?

Continously headache and sometimes severe headache. Sometimes swelling on face and legs. Vomiting, dizziness and insomnia.

Suddenly Feels heavy head at left side. pain from neck to upper portion. feeling lump behind ear and neck portion.

I am facing pain in my lower back and not able to bend in front or back position as the pain increases due to this motion. Also, the pain is increased since last 2 days and it always got increased when I start walking after getting off my office chair.
