The disc bulge at L2/3 is lateralized towards which side is not clear as you have mentioned. Ith left and riggt at the same level L2/3. Anyway a small annular tear is nit a cause if major worry. Take some muscle relaxant like thiocholchicoside 4 mg twice a day for few days along with some pain killer like tramafol 50 mg or diclofenac 50 mg.
Next Steps
Once your pain settles, start some back strengthening exercises
Health Tips
Avoid lifting weights and avoid bending down your back. Do visit a spine specialist for further detailed workup depending on your examination and MRI findings
