Brain and Spine Problems

Suffering from Epilepsy it's making me excitement side effects so pl tell me alternative medicine pl tell me as soon as possible

My eyes and heaf feels pressurised,extreme fatigue,my head gets worst when i sit and talk to somebody,suddenly in between an overwhelming feeling on my head,like the whole room is getting blurred except for that person infront of me and at the same time i cannot focus my vision on him completely.

My father had spinal injury 2 years back which has been repaired however still he is unable to move his body lower portion, do not feel anything on lower body and cannot walk. Its very disheartening to see whenever I visit him, always lying on bed or sitting in a wheel chair. Science has been gone so far, so just looking if I can see him walk on his feet again

I am having a dull pain in left side of head which comes and go from last 1 month. I'm also having tingling sensation on my right ear pinna which also comes and go . From last 2 day I'm having pain in temporo-mandibular joint and upper right jaw . It is sensation type of pain. I'm medical student. Is there involvement of any nerve ?

I had been treated from April 2015 from cerebral venous thrombosis, taking medicine and all but recently i had gone through MRi of venogram of brain found partial thrombosis. i want a second opinon as i had been taking the same medicine until now .
