Kindly see the MRI report and suggest me treatment for my cousin, he is just wasting money on painkillers and it getting it cured. I want that it goes away completely and he lives a happy life.

Ankylosing spondylitis is an inflammatory condition effecting primarily the spine. The joints cause pain and gradually there is tendency fir bony fusion if adjacent bones causing stiffness.
Next Steps
Few days of anti inflammatory medicines like Indomethacin twice a day guves releif. Further tests beeds to be done to prove the diagnosis. The mainstay if treatment remains active exercises and mibilization
