If a man or 25 year old remain in a house for 5 years not going outside it effect his mind or he became a mentally retarded ?

Please tell Which specialist doctor can diagnose mental retardation. Neurologist or psychiatrist ?

I have tremors in my whole body especially the eyes hands legs and face i am 18 yrs old female i have imbalance when i get up suddenly and i am not able to stand without shaking.

Last 3 days im suffering from headache only left side and nervers also getting so pain i can't able to sleep well. And my eyes also paining a lot so please suggest me what can I do

3 days ago I suffered a huge fall on the back of my head, I was unconscious for a bit but I came to soon after and I was fine the next day except for pain on the place I fell. Hello, I have continuous burning sensation in my both calf. During night it is severe and makes it hard to sleep. Nothing is visible on calf just burning. I have tried pain killers but are not of any use. I am desperate to come out of this sensation.
