Brain and Spine Problems

Sir, for the past 5 months I am experiencing episodic head ache ( at crown) that lasts for 2 days at a stretch. Constant tiredness and drowsiness are some of the other symptoms. My BP is normal. I have acidity problem for which I took modern medicines for two months in February and March. Now I am taking regular ayurvedic medicines for the same.

I have severe pain from my waist to right leg. Middle three fingures of right leg sometimes feeling less. I am unable to stand correctly. My waight is 82 KGs. Is it sciatica problem due to nurves weekness. Is it curable. Is there medicines for it. I have to consult Ortho/Nuro/physio ? Which will be more help full for me? Physiotherapist exercise will helpful for it ?

My father had a stroke in month of February this year. He is on his medication since then. Physically he do not have any deformities except strength in left part of body especially legs. Few minutes before he had vomiting twice around 4.45am. Is this a regular indigestion issue or something in context to stroke he had earlier.

On the right side, her body parts get hot. Any time of the day/night. We apply a wet cloth. Some relief. After an hour or two it subsides. At times, she says..unbearable. We regularly consult our cardiologist.MRI brain recently taken at Maxcure, Madhapur. Spine surgery is ruled out due to her age. Medicines: Monitzen, olmezest-40,Febustat-40,Ecosprin-150 plain,Aztor-50,Thyrocare at 6 am. We are told that few nerve points are affected--heat may be due to that. We want to consult a neurologist. Thinking of Dr G V Subbaih chowdary at Star hospitals. Please advise us.

Sir confusion in understanding MRI .. Above intra axial lessions with perifocal edema in R.Cerebellar and R.H.Fronto Perietal region more likely represent Diff. Diagnosis of Metastasis than Haemangioblastoma or Granuloma. Sir what should do?
